The coconut water that we produce is always raw, we extract the water from the coconuts with a special machine and after that we do the nano-filtration.
Once the coconut water is filtrated to avoid bacteria and impurities, we filled in the corresponding packed.
Then the raw coconut water is introduced in the air blast to get frozen.
Sometimes, if the cliente ask, and before freeze, we can do the HPP process. That process get to the coconut water a shelf life after defrost of 90 days.
We keep the raw coconut water somedays in the air blast to ensure that the goods are totally frozen.
Finally when we are totally sure that the goods are ready, the container comes to our factory and we load the pallets inside the container.
For every order our company, do an internal certificate of analysis and a report where we indicate all the information from the order.
Furthermore we include some pictures of the goods and the load in the report.
And for sure we add a thermograph inside the container to have control of the temperature during all the journey.
We can produce the following packaging for raw coconut water:
- Bottles – 235ml – 473ml – 1 liter
- Bags – 5 liters
- Drums – 190 liters
